Why Fit for Life Yoga?

Yoga offers self-reflection, the practice of kindness, compassion and self-awareness.  Some of the health benefits are , improve your balance, decrease your cholesterol and increase your flexibility.

Massage therapy enhances a person's health and well-being. You can choose from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Swe-Thai, Thai Yoga and Acupressure therapy.

I also specialise in individually tailoring your fitness needs, be it pilates, swimming or just general fitness. BWLA (British Weight Lifting Association), fitness trained ASA (Swim teacher) and personal training.

About me

My name is Kim Ferguson. Having originally taught fitness, massage and yoga in the UK. I continue with my passion in helping others. 

Experienced Professional

I am trained in Sivanada Yoga, Teacher Training and advanced Teacher Training. Certified Fitness instructor, massage therapist, and Advanced yoga teacher. Trained in India, UK and Bahamas.

Private or Small Groups

Some people prefer individual classes while others prefer learning in groups. At Fit for Life Yoga, you can choose the environment that works best for you. 


Every lesson is structured for your particular needs, depending upon your requirements and availability.

About My Yoga Practice

I started my Yoga journey in 1997. In 2001 I ventured to India to become a Sivananda Yoga teacher continuing with this style of Yoga until 2011. I then began to, and continue to this day practising Astanga Vinyasa Yoga.
